For Today or Years to Come

For a while, I've observed some people regard "networking" as solely seeking immediate investment or business opportunities. Don't get me wrong, investment and business opportunities are a part of networking, but what about true relationship building?

So many of us eliminate ourselves from a sustainable pipeline of opportunity by failing to connect with people as humans first. Having objectives is great, it's actually necessary, but fostering genuine connections should be high on the list.

Sometimes we may get bites for those immediate opportunities, but based on experience and observation, those quick opportunities are typically one-offs. They offer short-term value, but where there are genuine connections and loyalty there is value for years to come.

I desire sustainability, so no matter what my offer is at any given time, I have to be proven trustworthy. To garner trust - credibility - I need relationship. I'm a community builder at heart, but as a businesswoman sometimes I have to remind myself to lead with community. We never know what one connection will lead to, even if not a direct sale. Let's prioritize continually growing as people while we build our businesses and stimulate our ecosystems.

Thanks for reading my two cents. Community-driven solutions are so important to us. I am committed to addressing real-world problems that impact business operations.

For tailored solutions, consider scheduling an introductory call. We are happy to develop processes and systems for your business.

Cheers.
