Meet the Core Team
Kendall T. Braxton
Founder & CEO
Braxton is a proud Detroit Native. She earned her BBA from Eastern Michigan University, is a current MBA candidate at Wayne State University, and graduated from the Goldman Sachs One Million Black Women: Black in Business Program. Braxton founded Braxton Management in 2015 while in undergrad. Additionally, Braxton is a chef who specializes in scratch-made meals and serving love on every plate. Through Kenny's 622 Trowbridge, she provides personal chef services and cooking classes. Though varying industries, everything she offers revolves around serving others. Braxton published her first novel The Don In Heels: the Inner Thoughts of thee Minnie Mogul in August 2024. Outside of business pursuits, Braxton is a Christian minister and serves as assistant to the pastor of Christ Restoration Ministries. She is also a music enthusiast, had the opportunity of singing at the Grand Opening of Detroit Sip in 2017, and occasionally accepts the special request to sing at small events.
Danyielle L. Teamer
Associate Trainee
Danyielle is the Administrative Assistant/Associate Trainee. She is a proud Detroiter, MS advocate, and visual marketing creative, Danyielle has been making waves in the marketing world since 2015. She studied Communications at Eastern Michigan University. With a passion for storytelling and a sharp eye for strategy, she has spent nearly a decade refining her skills in social media strategy, digital marketing, and creative design—all while staying true to her core values of community, respect, creativity, and integrity. Her diversified career has equipped her to assist businesses across various industries, making her a great addition to the Braxton Management team. Outside of career pursuits, you’ll find Danyielle immersed in a good book, practicing yoga, writing, and giving back to her community while exploring new culinary delights. She believes that the best ideas come from embracing life fully—whether through crafting a marketing masterpiece or savoring a new dish.
