Meet the Core Team
Braxton is a proud Detroit Native. She earned her BBA from Eastern Michigan University, earned her MBA at Wayne State University, and graduated from the Goldman Sachs One Million Black Women: Black in Business Program cohort 4. Braxton founded Braxton Management in 2015 while in undergrad. She is the chief consultant at Braxton Manahement and her passion to treat employees and serve clients well is in every aspect of the business. Additionally, Braxton is the Founder/Chef of Kenny's 622 Trowbridge, she provides personal chef services and cooking classes, specializing in scratch-made meals and serving love on every plate. Though varying industries, everything she offers stems from serving others. Braxton published her first novel The Don In Heels: the Inner Thoughts of thee Minnie Mogul in August 2024. Outside of business pursuits, Braxton is a Christian minister and serves as assistant to the pastor of Christ Restoration Ministries. She is also a music enthusiast, had the opportunity of singing at the Grand Opening of Detroit Sip in 2017, and occasionally accepts the special request to sing at small events.

Danyielle joined Braxton Management as our first W2 employee June 2024 and now serves as our Associate. In this role, she is client-facing and works on the implementation component of our services. She is a proud Detroiter and MS advocate. Her core values of community, respect, creativity, and integrity. Danyielle's background as a visual marketing creative has supported in-house and client projects. She studied Communications at Eastern Michigan University. Her diversified career has made her a great addition to the Braxton Management team. Outside of career pursuits, you’ll find Danyielle immersed in a good book, practicing yoga, writing, and giving back to her community while exploring new culinary delights. She believes that the best ideas come from embracing life fully—whether through crafting a marketing masterpiece or savoring a new dish.
